The logic of a paragraph is the methodology that writers use to generate sentence ideas. Although reading hasn’t changed since the invention of the printing press, the sources available to readers have changed tremendously because of the advances in technology. For centuries, readers could only respond to written ideas if they traveled to newsstands and bookstores to find the latest printed newspapers, magazines, and novels. Today, readers can easily access classic literature as well as modern compositions without traveling anywhere if they have a computer, a smartphone, or a mailbox. All writers should embrace reading if they want to write sentences that contain original ideas.
